דרישות המשרה:
1-2 years of Proven experience in troubleshooting end-user technical issues, preferably in an onsite capacity – A must.
Experience in diagnosing and resolving hardware-related issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and troubleshooting and supporting email systems, particularly Microsoft Exchange.
Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and task management.
