UCT is looking for a talented Accounting Manager to join our team in Israel. In this role, you will lead the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, while partnering closely with business units to support strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for developing financial models, managing reporting cycles, and providing key insights for initiatives such as M&A evaluations and investment planning. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of annual operating plans (AOP), rolling forecasts, and long-range strategic plans. Oversee monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including variance analysis and executive dashboards. Build and maintain core financial models and planning frameworks. Support M&A assessments, build/buy/rent analyses, and strategic investment decisions. Prepare financial presentations and reports for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards in all planning processes.
