The Role: We are looking for a data-driven and creative CRM candidate to join the Clawee 2 team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategies. Your goal is to engage our users, drive app loyalty, and optimize the user journey through personalized communication across multiple channels.
• Lifecycle Strategy: Develop and implement automated onboarding, engagement, and win-back campaigns via Push Notifications, Email, and In-App messages.
• Segmentation: Analyze user behavior to create high-performing segments and deliver personalized content that resonates with the Clawee 2 community.
• Data Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Retention Rate, Churn, and ARPU, and provide actionable insights to the product team.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Content and Design teams to ensure the Clawee 2 brand voice is consistent across all CRM touchpoints.
• Campaign Execution: Creating/Generating emails, SMS, web pushes, and app pushes, User Journey.
