International Sales Operations and Administrator will be responsible for coordinating and supporting
This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented
individual with strong administrative, operational, and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will
support the sales team, coordinate supply chain and logistics, assist with marketing activities, and ensure
smooth internal processes to enable the team to focus on customer engagement and revenue
generation.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience in a customer-centric, sales operations, or supply chain role with
administrative responsibility for office operations.
• Experience in a medical device company is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong working knowledge of computer applications, including but not limited to:
o Salesforce
o Priority
o Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
o Basic network connectivity understanding
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs.
